Common use of Employee Recovery Program Clause in Contracts

Employee Recovery Program. The Company and the Union recognize that many health, social and behavioural problems can be successfully treated, and that treatment is in the best interest of the workers, the Union and the Company. Therefore, the Company and the Union agree to work co-operatively, within the framework of existing contractual agreements, to provide effective professional and confidential assistance and access to treatment for those Employees in need.
