Employee Required to Work on a Designated. Holiday A) An employee required to work on a designated holiday shall be entitled to their regular pay plus one and one half (1½) times their regular pay for each hour up to the normal hours they work. This shall be paid out or may be taken as time in lieu by mutual agreement between the manager/designate and the employee.
