Employee Tools Clause Samples
The Employee Tools clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use, provision, and return of tools and equipment supplied to employees for their work. Typically, this clause specifies which tools the employer will provide, outlines the employee’s duty to maintain these items in good condition, and details the process for returning them upon termination of employment. By clearly allocating responsibility for company property, this clause helps prevent disputes over lost or damaged equipment and ensures that all tools are accounted for at the end of employment.
