Tools of Trade. (a) The employer shall provide all tools of trade. (b) An employee may be required to sign a receipt for any tools issued to such employee. (c) An employee who has been provided with facilities to lock up tools at the end of each shift shall be held responsible for the safe custody of tools issued and shall replace or pay for any tools so provided if lost through the employee's negligence.

Tools of Trade. 15.1 The Hourly Rate prescribed in Appendix A. for Refrigeration Mechanics is inclusive of a Tool Allowance as prescribed under of the Award. 15.2 In consideration of such payment, each Refrigeration Mechanic will supply and maintain in good order such trade tools as are necessary to perform the duties of the function. 15.3 Tradesmen are responsible to ensure that all tools and equipment whether personal or company supplied are in good safe working condition. It is the employees’ responsibility to replace/repair any personal items in need, and to advise the employer if any company supplied item is not up to standard. 15.4 The Company will be responsible for costs incurred relating to tagging of personal tools. 15.5 The Company will ensure employees tools/equipment against loss or damage (not due to employee negligence, etc) to the value of $10,000. Stolen tools must be immediately reported to the police, and claims for replacement/reimbursement will be subject to a police report, and an employee report providing all possible information including details of witnesses. 15.6 The company will supply special purpose tools, precision measuring instruments and power tools except as detailed above. All such employer supplied tools and equipment shall remain the property of the company. The employee shall be responsible to ensure the safe keeping and good maintenance of all such tools and equipment.

Tools of Trade. The Employer shall supply all usual tools of trades as are necessary for the proper carrying out of the employees' work and such tools shall remain the property of the Employer and employees shall be responsible for the proper care and protection of such tools while in their possession. Such reduction in CAPEX spending will be translated into OPEX; equipment capital depreciated over seven years so the amount of CAPEX spend not spent to be divided by seven to convert to OPEX.

Stolen tools must be immediately reported to the police, and claims for replacement/reimbursement will be subject to a police report, and an employee report providing all possible information including details of witnesses. 23.6 The company will supply special purpose tools, precision measuring instruments and power tools (including cordless tools) except as detailed in the Tool List. All such employer supplied tools and equipment shall remain the property of the company. The employee shall be responsible to ensure the safe keeping and good maintenance of all such tools and equipment. 23.7 Each Employee with the aid of the Enterprise shall keep a detailed list of all tools (including photos) in the Employees care kept on file by the Enterprise which shall be updated on a regular basis. 23.8 Employee and Employer supplied Tool lists are detailed in Appendix C.

Tools of Trade. Iplex shall provide all tools of trade to team members. Any team member issued with tools or equipment is required to return all items on termination or redeployment. Team members are responsible for maintaining their tools and equipment in a safe and proper condition. Repayment for tools lost, where due care has not been taken by the team member, will be required.
Tools of Trade. (1) Tools of the trade (i.e. knives, steels, pouches, mesh aprons, mesh gloves, boots) will be supplied at the employees' cost. The employees are required to maintain their tools in accordance with AQIS and the Facility's hygiene standards. (2) Employees must adhere to the Facility's safety procedures and wear such protective clothing and use such protective equipment as required at all times when performing their allocated tasks.
Tools of Trade. (a) Players shall be entitled to Tools of Trade of Player’s choice in accordance with this clause 4.2. (b) Subject to this clause 4.2, each Club will provide each Player with two (2) pairs of boots and one (1) pair of running shoes, and additional boots or running shoes as reasonably required in the Club’s discretion (acting reasonably) at no cost to a Player (Club Footwear), unless a Player makes an election pursuant to clause 4.2(e). (c) Each Club will determine the brand and style of Club Footwear in its sole discretion. (d) Should a Player have a medical reason for not wearing the Club Footwear as approved by the Club Medical Officer, then the Club will supply Club Footwear from an alternate supplier or reimburse that Player for the cost of alternate Club Footwear. (e) Subject to clause 4.2(d): (i) if a Player does not wish to use Club Footwear, the Player must, on or before the Training Start Date, advise their Club of such election. A Player’s election will be binding for the AFLW Season; and (ii) Clubs must ensure that Club Footwear is available to Players who have not opted out of Club Footwear by no later than the Training Start Date. (f) Clubs shall reimburse Players the cost of any item that the Club instructs the Player to use but does not adequately provide to the Player, including but not limited to, footwear (boots and running shoes), gloves, compression garments, GPS watches, heart-rate monitors, club uniform, training equipment, IT equipment, supplements, recovery products and bikes. (g) For the avoidance of doubt, if a Club provides Players with the item in sufficient quantity and of appropriate quality, the Club will not be required to reimburse a Player if she elects to purchase a substitute for the item provided by the Club. (h) The Club and the AFL are not otherwise required to reimburse a Player for the cost of any item or equipment that forms part of Player’s Tools of Trade other than as set out in this clause 4.2. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Player elects not to wear Club Footwear in accordance with this clause 4.2, Club is not required to reimburse the Player for costs of footwear other than in accordance with clause 4.2(d). (i) Subject to clause 4.2(j), a Player is entitled to licence the use of their Image to a footwear sponsor who is a competitor of a Club Sponsor provided that: (i) the Player receives no less than $3,000 cash from the footwear sponsor for the grant of such licence; and (ii) such use does not involve the u...
