EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM. The City shall establish and maintain a four thousand dollar ($4,000.00) fund for the purposes of an employee training (including apprenticeship) and tuition reimbursement program for reimbursement of up to six hundred dollars ($600.00) per member during each fiscal year, subject to the policies and procedures of the Department of Human Resources.

Effective June 30, 2009, through June 30, 2010, the Union agrees to suspend the employee training and tuition reimbursement fund.
