Employee Utilization Data. The Contractor shall submit employee utilization data for its workforce and for each Subcontractor with a subcontract exceeding $10,000 to the Department on a monthly basis showing hours worked for each payroll week, for each trade and classification, by gender and ethnicity. Employee utilization data shall include data from the start of the contract up to and including the month being reported. For the purpose of determining utilization percentages, the hours of female and minority employment shall be tabulated separately and attainment percentages calculated separately.
