Common use of Employees Delegated By The Union Clause in Contracts

Employees Delegated By The Union. With the approval of the appropriate Administrator, employees delegated by the Union to attend to Union affairs may be granted necessary leave of absence without pay to accommodate such involvement; it being understood that such leave of absence shall be mutually agreed between the appropriate Administrator and the Union and that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
