Excessive Workload. If an employee believes their workload to be excessive, they are encouraged to raise the issue with their immediate supervisor and seek a resolution at that level. Supervisors shall meet with employees within seven working days of the employee raising workload issues and discuss possible remedial actions. These actions may include reprioritizing work assignments, reassignment of duties, providing additional resources and/or additional training.
