Employees in a local. bargaining unit that chooses to participate in this Agreement’s disability benefits plan under Article 9.3.3 (a) and who are not eligible for enrolment in the Plan shall be entitled to sick leave coverage as provided in the local collective agreement, subject to such sick leave not exceeding a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days per illness.
