Employees leaving district. 31.8.1 If a classified employee resigns or retires his/her employment with the District and is subsequently re-employed in a classified position, such employee shall not be entitled to credit or payment for previous professional growth increments. 31.8.2 If a classified employee is terminated due to a reduction in force (RIF), the employee is entitled to all previous professional growth awards if he/she is subsequently re-employed.
