Split Shift Differential. Unit members whose assigned shift contains one (1) or more periods of unpaid time which exceeds one and one-half (1½) hours, including the lunch period, shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay.
Split Shift Differential. Classified employee whose shift contains one or more periods of unpaid time whose total exceeds one 3 hour excluding the lunch period shall be paid a shift differential of five percent (5%) above their regular 4 pay for all hours worked in such shift.
Split Shift Differential. 3.17.1 A split shift is defined as one in which employees have a break in their regular workday of a minimum of two (2) hours.
3.17.2 The District will pay a differential compensation to employees working a split shift equivalent to thirty (30) minutes at the employee's normal rate of pay.
3.17.3 The District will not incur split-shift differentials to expand an individual's schedule to meet additional hours requested in different occupations.
3.17.4 Salary schedule rates will be applied to each classification added or split.
Split Shift Differential. Employees working a split shift shall receive twenty-one ($21.00) dollars per month additional compensation.
Split Shift Differential. Any employees working a split shift where the split in shifts is greater than two (2) hours shall be paid thirty cents ($0.30) per hour in addition to their regular pay.
Split Shift Differential. Department of Education Unit 20 employees who regularly work split shifts shall receive a split shift pay differential maximum of $70 per pay period.
A. A "regularly scheduled split shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the Department of Education.
B. Employees shall be eligible to receive the split shift pay differential for each pay period they have worked the split shift for eleven or more days. During the summer recess (i.e., after the schools have closed and employees are sent home), sick leave, vacation, CTO, and holidays shall not be considered as time worked for the purposes of receiving the split shift differential.
Split Shift Differential. Unit members shall be paid an additional 2.5% of the normal hourly rate of pay for the regularly established hours of employment, subject to the following conditions:
8.7.1 Such stipend shall be paid to employees who have regularly scheduled uncompensated break between District work assignments of at least two (2) hours per day.
8.7.2 Such stipend shall be paid each month during which the employee works at least one-half of the scheduled workdays.
Split Shift Differential. Workers working two (2) or more shifts daily and who have a total elapsed time of more than eight (8) hours between the start of their first shift and the end of their last shift will receive one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month. (Effective July 1, 2013) Workers will qualify for split shift differential during any month in which at least half of the working days meet the above criteria. (2001-2004)
Split Shift Differential. Any unit member whose regular assignment has an unpaid lunch period in excess of one (1) hour shall have a split shift differential of five percent (5%). The split shift differential shall not apply where the unit member holds two (2) separate positions that are separated by more than one (1) hour. It shall only apply where the District assigns an employee working in a single assignment an unpaid lunch period of more than one (1) hour.
Split Shift Differential. During the regular academic year, employees who serve only in a single classification of employment, and have a regularly scheduled period of uncompensated time during the assigned workday of three (3) or more hours, shall receive a split shift differential premium of forty-five cents ($0.45) per hour for all hours worked. Effective July 1, 2014, Bus Drivers are not eligible for this Split Shift Differential because a split shift differential was embedded in a range reallocation as of that date.
