Employees Must Accurately Record and Will Be. Paid for All Hours Worked All employees must accurately record all hours worked. Employees who fail to accurately record all hours worked may be subject to discipline, up to and including termination. Employees will be paid in the smallest increments permissible by the payroll system, not greater than one tenth (1/10) of an hour, except that employees who clock in three (3) minutes before or after their start or end times will be paid for their scheduled shifts.
