Employee’s Option Sample Clauses
The "Employee’s Option" clause grants the employee a specific right or choice within the employment agreement, typically related to benefits, compensation, or continued employment. Employee’s Option. At the time of separation, the employee shall have the option of receiving the severance allowance upon termination or electing to have it held in abeyance for up to one (1) year from the date of termination.
