Employees recalled from lay off under Article 9.11 and employees who are transferred on a permanent basis may be provided any orientation determined necessary by the Employer. A request by such employee for orientation shall not be unreasonably denied.
Employees recalled from lay off under Article 9.10 and employees whose probationary periods have been extended under Article 9.01 (d), and employees who transfer from part-time (including casual) to full-time or vice versa may be provided any orientation determined necessary by the Employer. A request by such an employee for orientation shall not be unreasonably denied.
