Common use of Employee’s Right to Recall Clause in Contracts

Employee’s Right to Recall. Laid-off bargaining unit members shall have a right to recall for any vacant position within the specific category for which they were laid-off for the following school term or within one (1) calendar year from the beginning of the following school term. This section recites the existing Illinois School Code and shall be superseded by any changes to the School Code.
