EMPLOYEES WHO RETIRE ON OR AFTER JUNE 30, 2022. The provisions of this subsection shall be a vested benefit contingent on all active employees in the bargaining unit continuing to contribute to the ACFD’s California Employers’ Retiree Benefit Trust (“CERBT”) in accordance with Section 11. (Wages).
