Common use of Employees Working Less than Regular Days Per Week Clause in Contracts

Employees Working Less than Regular Days Per Week. An employee working less than the regular days per week of a Full-Time employee who is requested to work other than her regularly scheduled work days, shall be paid at the rate of straight time for the days so worked, up to and including the normal work days in the work week of a Full-Time employee. Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of the normal work days in the work week of a Full-Time employee.
