Employer in Default. The IATSE, the Basic Crafts and the AMPTP agree to develop procedures designed to preclude employers who are in default on wage payments and/or trust fund contributions and who cease business from returning to the industry without curing the default(s).

Employer in Default. The Union and the AMPTP agree to develop procedures designed to preclude employers who are in default on wage payments and/or trust fund contributions and who cease business from returning to the industry without curing the default(s).
Employer in Default. If Employer is in default as defined in Section 3(x)(1) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. Section 1813(x)(1), all obligations of Employer under this Agreement shall terminate as of the date of default, but this paragraph shall not affect any vested rights of the contracting parties.

  • Monetary Default If a Monetary Default occurs and continues for 10 Business Days after Notice from Landlord, specifying in reasonable detail the amount of money not paid and the nature and calculation of each such payment.
