Employer Paid Vaccines and Tests. The Employer shall make hepatitis B vaccines, flu vaccines, initial TB tests, and initial chest x-rays (if an employee’s TB test is positive) available to Bargaining Unit Employees at no cost to the employee. The Employer will pay for lice and scabies tests and treatment in the event of a documented case at the facility.
