Common use of Employer Representatives Clause in Contracts

Employer Representatives. The Employer shall supply the Local Union Office with a list as of September 15th of each year of its designated authorities with whom the Union may be required to transact business, including all relevant employees within Human Resources; all Employer representatives on the Labour/Management Committee; and all Deans, Directors, and Department Heads.
