Common use of Employer Requirement to Revert Clause in Contracts

Employer Requirement to Revert. i. If, on finishing Maternity Leave, an Employee has returned to work on a modified basis in accordance with clause 6.10.14d), the Employer may subsequently require the Employee to resume working on the same basis as the Employee worked immediately before starting Maternity Leave.
