Return to Work on Conclusion of Maternity Leave. An employee will confirm their intention in writing to conclude their Maternity Leave not less than 4 weeks prior to the expiration of Maternity Leave or extended unpaid Maternity Leave.
Return to Work on Conclusion of Maternity Leave i) An employee shall confirm their intention in writing to conclude their maternity leave not less than four weeks prior to the expiration of maternity leave or extended unpaid maternity leave.
ii) An employee who intends to return to work on a modified basis in accordance with subclause 6.15.14(d) shall advise their Employer of this intention by notice in writing not less than four weeks prior to the expiration of maternity leave or extended unpaid maternity leave. An employee on return to work following the conclusion of maternity leave or extended unpaid maternity leave will be entitled to the same position or a position equivalent in pay, conditions and status and commensurate with the employee’s skill and abilities as the substantive position held immediately prior to proceeding on maternity leave Where an employee was transferred to a safe job or was absent from the workplace on full pay as provided for in subclause 6.15.7 – Modification of Duties or Transfer to a Safe Job, the employee is entitled to return to the position occupied immediately prior to the transfer or their absence from the workplace on full pay.
Return to Work on Conclusion of Maternity Leave. (i) An employee shall confirm their intention in writing to conclude their Maternity Leave not less than four weeks prior to the expiration of Maternity Leave or extended unpaid Maternity Leave.
(ii) An employee who intends to return to work on a modified basis in accordance with clause 27.13(d) shall advise their employer of this intention by notice in writing not less than four weeks prior to the expiration of Maternity Leave or extended unpaid Maternity Leave.
(b) An employee on return to work following the conclusion of Maternity Leave or extended unpaid Maternity Leave will be entitled to the same position or a position equivalent in pay, conditions and status and commensurate with the employee’s skill and abilities as the substantive position held immediately prior to proceeding on Maternity Leave.
(c) Where an employee was transferred to a safe job or was absent from the workplace on full pay as provided for in clause 27.7 – Modification of Duties and Transfer to a Safe Job, the employee is entitled to return to the position occupied immediately prior to the transfer or their absence from the workplace on full pay.
Return to Work on Conclusion of Maternity Leave. (i) An Employee shall confirm their intention in writing to conclude their maternity leave not less than four weeks prior to the expiration of maternity leave or extended unpaid maternity leave.
(ii) An Employee who intends to return to work on a modified basis in accordance with clause 31.14(d) Right to Return to Work on a Modified Basis shall advise their Employer of this intention by notice in writing not less than four weeks prior to the expiration of maternity leave or extended unpaid maternity leave.
(b) An Employee on return to work following the conclusion of maternity leave or extended unpaid maternity leave will be entitled to the same position or a position equivalent in pay, conditions and status and commensurate with the employee's skill and abilities as the substantive position held immediately prior to proceeding on maternity leave.
(c) Where an Employee was transferred to a safe job or was absent from the workplace on full pay as provided for in clause 31.7 Modification of Duties and Transfer to a Safe Job, the Employee is entitled to return to the position occupied immediately prior to the transfer or their absence from the workplace on full pay.
Return to Work on Conclusion of Maternity Leave and clause 34.16, Effect of Maternity Leave on the Contract of Employment.
Return to Work on Conclusion of Maternity Leave. (i) An Employee shall confirm their intention in writing to conclude their Maternity Leave not less than four weeks prior to the expiration of Maternity Leave or extended unpaid Maternity Leave.
(ii) An Employee who intends to return to work on a modified basis in accordance with subclause 58.15(d) shall advise their Employer of this intention by notice in writing not less than four weeks’ prior to the expiration of Maternity Leave or extended unpaid Maternity Leave.
(b) An Employee on return to work following the conclusion of Maternity Leave or extended unpaid Maternity Leave will be entitled to the same position or a position equivalent in pay, conditions and status and commensurate with the Employee’s skill and abilities as the substantive position held immediately prior to proceeding on Maternity Leave.
(c) Where an Employee was transferred to a safe job or was absent from the workplace on full pay as provided for in subclause 58.8 – Modification of Duties and Transfer to a Safe Job, the Employee is entitled to return to the position occupied immediately prior to the transfer or their absence from the workplace on full pay.
Return to Work on Conclusion of Maternity Leave and clause 34.16,
Return to Work on Conclusion of Maternity Leave. Employees returning to work on the conclusion of Maternity Leave have the right to return, not simply the right to request to return to work, on a modified basis. This includes working part-time, working fewer days and/or fewer hours or working different days and/or at different times than the employee was working before proceeding on Maternity Leave. This right must be read in conjunction with the part time employment provisions of the applicable Award and the General Agreement.
Return to Work on Conclusion of Maternity Leave. An Employee shall confirm their intention in writing to conclude their maternity leave not less than four (4) weeks prior to the expiration of maternity leave or extended unpaid maternity leave. An Employee who intends to return to work on a modified basis in accordance with clause 34.15 (d) shall advise the Employer of this intention by notice in writing not less than four (4) weeks prior to the expiration of maternity leave or extended unpaid maternity leave. An Employee on return to work following the conclusion of maternity leave or extended unpaid maternity leave will be entitled to the same position or a position equivalent in pay, conditions and status and commensurate with the Employee’s skill and abilities as the substantive position held immediately prior to proceeding on maternity leave.

(c) Where an employee was transferred to a safe job or was absent from the workplace on full pay as provided for in clause 28.7 – Modification of Duties and Transfer to a Safe Job, the employee is entitled to return to the position occupied immediately prior to the transfer or their absence from the workplace on full pay.
