Employer Restrictions. No officer or partner of a contracting firm or an individual doing business as a Contractor shall be permitted to do bargaining unit work on a job unless journeypersons are employed and in no case shall more than one (1) such member be permitted to perform bargaining unit work. Such individuals shall be required to work under the provisions of Article XI.
