Employer to Train. Where newly created or revised jobs are to be implemented, the Employer in order of seniority, further agrees to arrange an on-the-job training program during regular working hours for those who may be affected, at no cost to the employees involved.

  • SIMPLE IRA-to-Traditional IRA Rollovers Assets distributed from your SIMPLE IRA may be rolled over to your Traditional IRA without IRS penalty tax provided two years have passed since you first participated in a SIMPLE IRA plan sponsored by your employer. As with Traditional IRA to Traditional IRA rollovers, the requirements of IRC Sec. 408(d)(3) must be met. A proper SIMPLE IRA to Traditional IRA rollover is completed if all or part of the distribution is rolled over not later than 60 days after the distribution is received. You are permitted to roll over only one distribution from an IRA (Traditional, Xxxx, or SIMPLE) in a 12-month period, regardless of the number of IRAs you own. A distribution may be rolled over to the same IRA or to another IRA that is eligible to receive the rollover. For more information on rollover limitations, you may wish to obtain IRS Publication 590-B, Distributions from Individual Retirement Arrangements (IRAs), from the IRS or refer to the IRS website at xxx.xxx.xxx.

  • Employer Shall Not Discriminate The Employer agrees that there shall be no discrimination exercised or practised with respect to any employee in the matter of hiring, assigning wage rate, training, upgrading, promotion, transfer, layoff, recall, discipline, classification, discharge, or any other action, by reason of age, race, creed, colour, ancestry, national origin, religion, political affiliation or activity, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, family relationship, place of residence, handicap, nor by reason of his membership or activity in the Union, or any other reason.

  • Amount of Employer Contribution The Employer Contribution amounts and rules in effect on June 30, 2017 will continue through December 31, 2017.

  • USE OF EMPLOYER FACILITIES 8.01 Reasonable space on bulletin boards will be made available to the Alliance for the posting of official notices, in convenient locations determined by the Employer and the Alliance. The Employer shall have the right to refuse the posting of any information which it considers adverse to its interests or to the interests of any of its representatives. Notices or other material shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices relating to the business affairs of the Alliance and social and recreational events. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law.

  • IN EMPLOYMENT, SERVICES, BENEFITS AND FACILITIES Contractor and any subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local Anti-discrimination laws, regulations, and ordinances and shall not unlawfully discriminate, deny family care leave, harass, or allow harassment against any employee, applicant for employment, employee or agent of County, or recipient of services contemplated to be provided or provided under this Agreement, because of race, ancestry, marital status, color, religious creed, political belief, national origin, ethnic group identification, sex, sexual orientation, age (over 40), medical condition (including HIV and AIDS), or physical or mental disability. Contractor shall ensure that the evaluation and treatment of its employees and applicants for employment, the treatment of County employees and agents, and recipients of services are free from such discrimination and harassment. Contractor represents that it is in compliance with and agrees that it will continue to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code §§ 12900 et seq.), and ensure a workplace free of sexual harassment pursuant to Government Code 12950 and regulations and guidelines issued pursuant thereto. Contractor agrees to compile data, maintain records and submit reports to permit effective enforcement of all applicable antidiscrimination laws and this provision. Contractor shall include this nondiscrimination provision in all subcontracts related to this Agreement and when applicable give notice of these obligations to labor organizations with which they have Agreements.

  • Job Sharing / Time Sharing (a) Job sharing shall be interpreted to mean two employees sharing one full- time position (10 shifts bi-weekly).

  • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.

  • Employer Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall compensate the Employer for vacation which was taken but to which she was not entitled.
