Employer’s Legal Immunities and Defenses. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to constitute a waiver or relinquishment by the University, the Board of Trustees, or the State or their respective officers, employees, or agents of their right to claim such exemptions, defenses, privileges and immunities from lawsuits as may be provided by State or federal law.
