EMPLOYER'S REPRESENTATION. The un­ dersigned warrants, asserts and agrees that this document is executed by him with full authority to represent and bind any firm, partnership, corporation or any other legal change, whatsoever, with respect to any Em­ ployer. Any obligation hereunder shall be binding upon any assign, successor, legal representative or lessee of such Employer.
EMPLOYER'S REPRESENTATION. Employer represents and warrants that it is free to enter into this Agreement and to perform each of the terms and covenants of it.
