Active entitlement. 3.1.1 For the employees' representation
Active entitlement. Voting rights are enjoyed by employee representa- tions on the Boards of Trustees of all companies in an association relationship with the foundation unless such relationship is under notice of termination. They jointly elect the two employee representatives on the Board of Foundation on the basis of the provi- sions of the voting instructions.
Active entitlement. 3.1.1 For the employees' representation In electoral district 1, the employees' representations of the Boards of Trustees of all business undertakings associated with the Helvetia Group Foundation shall be entitled to vote. The employees' representatives of the Board of Trus- tees shall elect the employees' representatives on the Board of Foundation.
