Employer’s Responsibility. 19.1 Where the word "shop" is used in this Article, it shall be defined as a sheet metal shop under Agreement with the Sheet Metal Workers' International Association or one of its Local Unions or the Ontario Sheet Metal Workers' Conference. It being understood that such shops shall be shops using the yellow label of the International Association.
