Common use of Employment and Duties of Executive Clause in Contracts

Employment and Duties of Executive. On the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, and beginning as of the Effective Date, the Company employs Executive as its President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary and the Executive will serve as the Company’s employee in that position. Executive shall also have such additional powers, authority, functions, duties, and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to him, from time to time, by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).

Employment and Duties of Executive. On the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, and beginning as of the Effective Date, the Company employs Executive as its President, President and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary Officer and the Executive will serve as the Company’s employee in that position. It is expressly acknowledged and understood that the Executive has been employed by the Company as its President and Chief Executive Officer since on or about May 27, 2005. Executive shall also have such additional powers, authority, functions, duties, and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to him, from time to time, by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).

Executive shall also have such additional powers, authority, functions, duties, and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned to him, from time to time, by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).
