Common use of Employment Capacity and Term Clause in Contracts

Employment Capacity and Term. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Bank hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to serve, as the President of the Bank for the period beginning on the Commencement Date, through June 15, 2001, and from year to year thereafter subject to the right of the Executive or the Company to terminate this Agreement as of any subsequent anniversary date by written notice given to the other party at least 90 days prior to such anniversary date. Termination of this Agreement by either party in accordance with the preceding sentence shall not require a statement of the reasons therefore. All provisions herein governing a party's rights and obligations upon the termination of Executive's employment shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

All provisions herein governing a party's rights and obligations upon the termination of Executive's employment shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Termination of this Agreement by either party in accordance with the preceding sentence shall not require a statement of the reasons therefore. All provisions herein governing a party's rights and obligations upon the termination of Executive's employment shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
