Employment Eligibility Requirements. If the Company fails to provide information reasonably requested by the Agency necessary to determine the eligibility of one or more persons to be considered as a FT, the Agency may, upon fifteen (15) days notice to the Company, compute the PILOT Payment as if the person(s) were not eligible FTs. No calculation so made shall be subject to recomputation.
