EMPLOYMENT FEES. In the event Client hires directly any employee of SEI within one (1) year after final payment is due to SEI for the Services, Client agrees to reimburse SEI a monetary amount equal to six (6) months’ wages for the employee so hired by Client as an employment fee. The employment fee shall be calculated as six (6) times the gross monthly full-time wages of the employee immediately prior to the hiring.
