Employment of Apprentices. When utilizing the hiring hall, employers may hire apprentices at the ratio of 1:1, starting with the first Laborer hired. For each one (1) journeyperson hired, the employer may hire one (1) apprentice. Ratios are to be calculated on a per project basis. All ratios are subject to BOLI regulations.
