Common use of Employment of Executive Clause in Contracts

Employment of Executive. The Corporation hereby employs Executive as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to perform the duties and responsibilities incident to such position, subject at all times to the control and direction of the Board of Directors of the Corporation (the “Board”).
