Employment of OFS Services. The Company hereby employs OFS Services to act as administrator of the Company and to perform, or oversee the performance of, the administrative services necessary for the operation of the Company, subject to the supervision and control of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), during the term hereof and upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. OFS Services hereby accepts such employment and agrees during the term hereof to render, or arrange for the rendering of, such services, subject to the reimbursement of costs and expenses provided for herein.
