Employment of Retired Teaching Staff Members. The following provisions will apply to the rehire of Teaching Staff Members who have retired from the Centerville City Schools, and expressly supersede all relevant provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, including but not limited to §§3319.11 and 3319.111, and all other applicable Ohio statutes.
