Employment of the Engineer. The City hereby agrees to retain the Engineer to perform professional engineering services in connection with the Project; Engineer agrees to perform such services in accordance with the terms and condition of this Agreement.
Employment of the Engineer. 1.1. The CLIENT agrees to engage the ENGINEER to perform the Scope of Services set forth herein as part of this Contract Agreement, and the ENGINEER agrees to perform those services as a representative of the CLIENT.
