Common use of Employment Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Employment Prohibition. During the period of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, Client and PEO agree not to solicit for employment or employ any of the other’s employees contacted during the performance of this Agreement. A penalty of 50% of the first year’s salary of the solicited employee shall be imposed for breach of this provision.
