EMPLOYMENT RELATED STATUTES. 4.01 The parties agree that the provisions of the Canada Labour Code, the Canadian Human Rights Act and any other employment related statute are incorporated into this Agreement, except where this Agreement provides for a greater benefit, in which case the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. 4.02 The Company will adhere to Canadian Law as it relates to privacy of employee records and electronic data, including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). 4.03 Medical reports produced by a health specialist further to a medical exam will be kept separate from other employee information and maintained confidentially. Access to this information will be limited to those who have a legitimate need to know. The employee has access to his medical information upon request.
