Employment Renewal Assumed. If the proposed salary is based upon a salary schedule which has been adopted by the board and approved by the association, pursuant to sections of this agreement dealing with negotiations, the contract of employment for the ensuing year shall be deemed renewed unless the teacher notifies the Human Resources Administrator of his desire to terminate his employment.
