Enclosure Specifications. Contractor shall work with the Agency to develop standard specifications for Collection Container enclosures at Multi-Family Residential Complexes, Mixed Use Buildings, and Commercial Premises to ensure that Container enclosures have adequate space and suitable configuration to allow the Contractor to safely and efficiently service the Containers. The enclosure specifications shall require provision of adequate space for Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Collection Containers. Contractor shall provideprovided the enclosure specifications to the Agency on or before the Effective Dateeffective date of the 2009 Franchise Agreement and shall be required to update these specifications as frequently as needed or as requested by Agency.
