Common use of Encoding Clause in Contracts

Encoding. In order to take advantage of a Stat Mux pool, Sharer and Xxxxxx may implement a single common encoding pool. Each of Sharer and Xxxxxx shall have the right to monitor in real time and audit the Shared Channel’s encoding system to ensure compliance 2.1. Each of Sharer and Xxxxxx shall make all records of such encoding available to the other upon written request during normal business hours.

For clarity, a Sub-Xxxxxx (as defined in Section 2.5(b) below) shall have no rights under this Section 2.2.
