About This Agreement Our entire contract with you consists of this agreement and our contract with your employer. Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.
