Encroachment Permits. Both Parties to this Agreement will cooperate and /or provide access to its consultants, engineers and contractors for the PROJECT in the jurisdictional boundaries of each Party. Contractor shall obtain street opening permit from LOS GATOS and LOS GATOS shall provide such a permit at no cost.
