Installation and Maintenance of Facilities. Licensee may perform the Permitted Acts described in Section 6(a) [Permitted Acts] above and shall install certain facilities on the Pathway Area consisting of the signage required under Section 5 (a) [Educational Signage]. Licensee shall also maintain the ADA Ramps authorized by City under the consent letter issued by City prior to the Commencement Date (the “Consent Letter”). The ADA Ramps and signage to be installed on the Pathway Area shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Facilities”) and shall be installed only upon satisfaction of the following conditions, which are for City’s sole benefit:
