Teachers will close up their room and check out, including an approximately 20 minute conference to be held sometime in the week after the school year ends or when it can be mutually scheduled by the principal and the employee.

  • CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT The University and the student will complete and sign a room inventory of occupied space, including the number and condition of furnishings and the condition of premises assigned to the student. This checklist will be completed again at the end of the student’s occupancy and will serve as the basis for determining billable damages to the room and furnishings. The University may require an interim inventory to be completed prior to the end of the student’s occupancy if the University has reason to believe that removal of the furnishings or substantial damage to the premises or property has occurred. Check-outs will occur, barring approval from University Housing, within 48 hours of the actionable event (i.e. Last final of the semester, withdrawal, etc.). Check-outs not occurring within the proscribed time period without the approval of University Housing will be considered an “Improper Check-Out” and will be subject to a $25 fee and any applicable lock and key replacement costs.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR FOR TEACHERS 20.1 The annual salary established for employees covered by this agreement shall be payable in respect of the teacher's regular work year.

  • Check-Out a. Except as provided below with respect to graduation, you must check out by 12:00 noon on the day following the last final examination during the Contract Period.

On each Distribution Date, Xxxxxx Xxx shall withdraw from the Certificate Account the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon and shall make the distributions to the Holders of the related Lower Tier Regular Classes in the respective amounts and in the applicable manner determined pursuant to Section 2.02. In the event that the amount on deposit in the Certificate Account on any Distribution Date shall be less than the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon, Xxxxxx Mae shall provide from its own funds the amount of any such insufficiency. In addition, in the event that (i) the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount shall be insufficient to pay all interest due and payable on the related Lower Tier Regular Classes on such Distribution Date or (ii) such Distribution Date is a Final Distribution Date for any Class and the distribution on such Distribution Date of the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount will not be sufficient to reduce the Class Balance of such Class to zero on such Final Distribution Date, then Xxxxxx Xxx shall (a) withdraw from the Certificate Account, such amount as shall be necessary to remedy such insufficiency and (b) to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account shall be insufficient therefor, apply its own funds towards remedying the same.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR 1. The annual salary established for employees covered by this Collective Agreement shall be payable in respect of the employees’ regular work year. The regular work year shall be the regular school year as established by the Board and shall not exceed one hundred and ninety-five (195) days in session per school year.

  • Termination of Check-Off An employee shall cease to be subject to check-off deductions beginning with the month immediately following the month in which he is no longer a member of the bargaining unit.

  • Request for Dues Check Off Employees shall have the right to request and be allowed dues check off for the Exclusive Representative, provided that dues check off and the proceeds thereof shall not be allowed any employee organization that has lost its right to dues check off pursuant to the PELRA Upon receipt of a properly executed authorization card of the employee involved, the District will deduct from the employee’s paycheck the dues as specified by the Union.

If this Contract involves services that fall under the current District and District Council of Unions (“DCU”) labor agreement (“Labor Agreement”), then Contractor shall pay to workers described below and employed under this Contract hourly compensation comparable to workers covered under the Labor Agreement. Workers subject to DCU requirements include brick mason, carpenter, carpet and linoleum layer, cement xxxxx, electrician, xxxxxxx, laborer, landscape laborer, machinist, painter, plasterer, plumber, roofer, sheet metal worker, steamfitter, tile setter, vehicle mechanic, xxxxx tender, plumber’s helper, motor winder, electronic technician, and machinist helper. Contractor may comply with this requirement by: Demonstrating that it is a signatory to the appropriate Craft Master Labor Agreement for the services under this Contract; or Submitting other reliable proof that the wage and benefit package paid to workers described above and employed under this Contract is equal to or better than the wage and benefit package provided to comparable workers under the Labor Agreement. Contractor agrees to provide information that District or the DCU may reasonably request to demonstrate Contractor’s compliance with this Section. OR
