End User License Grant. End User is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the CDT at End User Sites solely as part of the Product and solely for End User’s internal business purposes. “End User Site” means each separate geographic location where End User maintains a dental office. This License grants End-User the right:
End User License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, freely revocable license to use the Service. NPAworldwide reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Service and the NPAworldwide Content (as defined below). NPAworldwide may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.
End User License Grant. The Application is licensed, not sold, to End User. Subject to these Terms of Service, Company grants End User a limited, non-exclusive, and nontransferable license to download, install, and use the Application on a mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you (“Mobile Device”) strictly in accordance with the Application’s documentation, including these Terms of Service and Company’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by this reference (the “Privacy Policy”).
End User License Grant. We grant to You, the end user, a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable limited license to access and use the Service, subject to Your agreement to and compliance with this Agreement. The license granted to You pursuant to this Agreement is solely for Your personal use, not for resale or redistribution, and may not be used for any other purpose. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or translate Our Content in any way. The Content on Our Site and App may not be copied, modified, republished, assigned, sold, distributed by You, and You may not prepare any derivatives based on Our Content. You have no right to the Content, or any ideas found on Our Site or App. No ownership rights are granted to You hereunder and no title is transferred to You hereunder. All rights, title, and interest in the Content shall belong to The Happy Giraffe Company or Our Affiliates. We reserve all rights not otherwise expressly granted by this Agreement.
