Use of the Website Unless otherwise stated, Xxxxxx Support Services owns the intellectual property and rights to all content and material on the Website. Subject to the license below, all intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download (for caching purposes only), and print pages for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms of Use. Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sub-administrator neither warrants that the Web Link will be uninterrupted or error free, nor guarantees the accessibility, reliability, performance, timeliness, sequence, or completeness of information provided on the Web Link.

You shall not use rogue devices, including wireless routers or modems, or take any measurers to interfere with our internet systems by configuring devices connected to our network so that they can communicate on our network using the internet protocol. Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.
Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.
Use of the Card 1. The Cardmember must sign the Card in ink, using a ball point pen, as soon as he or she receives it; the Cardmember must also safeguard the Card and preserve any PIN in extreme secrecy and keep it separate from his or her Card. The Cardmember must not use the Card after the expiration of the validity period embossed on it, and not use the Card after it has been damaged, withdrawn or cancelled.

Access to Software Access Rights to Software which is Results shall comprise: Access to the Object Code; and, where normal use of such an Object Code requires an Application Programming Interface (hereafter API), Access to the Object Code and such an API; and, if a Party can show that the execution of its tasks under the Project or the Exploitation of its own Results is technically or legally impossible without Access to the Source Code, Access to the Source Code to the extent necessary. Background shall only be provided in Object Code unless otherwise agreed between the Parties concerned.
