Common use of Ending Date of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Ending Date of Coverage. Each insured teacher who terminates employment with the District shall have the benefit of such group insurance during the summer period and until August 31 for the employee group to which the teacher belonged, provided the teacher shall have completed the employment contract for the school year just ended; otherwise, coverage shall end at midnight on the date specified in the insurance policy for teachers who terminate prior to the end of the school year.
