ENDOWMENT AND SCHOLARSHIPS. The Parties agree to cooperate and use their best efforts to identify and honor donor intent with respect to existing endowments and gift agreements held by either Party, the Indiana University Foundation, or Purdue Research Foundation, with the understanding the funds, investments and gift agreements held by either Party or such foundations will, to the fullest extent practicable, be transferred to the respective Party (or its related foundation) responsible for the academic mission most closely associated with the donor’s intent.

ENDOWMENT AND SCHOLARSHIPS. The Universities agree to cooperate and use their best efforts to identify and honor donor intent with respect to existing endowments and gift agreements held by either University or the IPFW Endowment, with the understanding the funds, investments and gift agreements held by either University or the IPFW Endowment will, to the fullest extent practicable, be transferred to the respective University responsible for the academic mission associated with the donor’s intent. CAMPUS NAME AND SIGNAGE. To reflect the realigned governance structure contemplated by this Agreement, as of the Realignment Effective Date, the name and identification of the Fort Xxxxx Campus may be changed and replaced by Purdue with a name and clear designation that identifies Purdue as the governing entity of the Fort Xxxxx Campus. In doing so, Purdue intends to solicit input and seek naming suggestions from stakeholders in the IPFW, Fort Xxxxx and Northeast Indiana communities. Notwithstanding Purdue’s naming rights of the Fort Xxxxx Campus, IU shall have the exclusive authority and right to identify, name and designate its health sciences initiative, the Indiana Academic Missions, the IU School of Medicine – Fort Xxxxx and IU School of Social Work. Following the Realignment Effective Date, all references to IPFW or Indiana University- Purdue University Fort Xxxxx shall be subject to change to identify with the designation selected by Purdue, along with all logos, signs and other indications used for the Fort Xxxxx Campus location.

  • Professional Preparation and Scholarship The certificated classroom teacher exhibits, in his/her performance, evidence of having a theoretical background and knowledge of the principles and methods of teaching, and a commitment to education as a profession.

He demonstrates an understanding of a knowledge about common school education and the educational milieu grades K12, and demonstrates the ability to integrate the area of specialty into the total school milieu, to wit:

  • Scholarships (4) Fellowships.

  • Scholarship 3.1 Faculty members are entitled and expected to actively engage in scholarship on an ongoing basis, to show scholarly integrity therein, and to disseminate the results of their scholarship or exhibit the results of their creative work.

  • Destination CSU-Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between CCA and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Physics (Secondary Education Emphasis). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.

  • General Assembly Appropriation The Recipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that the financial assistance provided under this Agreement is entirely subject to, and contingent upon, the availability of funds appropriated by the General Assembly for the purposes set forth in this Agreement and in Chapter 164 of the Revised Code.
